Is there anything in ME 3 more OP than a cerberus turret?

A Phantom! They have the pew pew gun, staggering melee, a magic bubble, DR against host, cloak, and sync-kill ability to top it off. I don't think there is anything more OP than them. But I will say the turret is what the demolisher should have got instead of the pylon.

I don't know about that one... unless you count the sync kill as more OP in which case, only sync kill enemies would be more dangerous.

DR against host

I'm not the only person that notices there's a window after they land from their flip where their DR does not apply as a host, and they will take full damage from conventional bullets as host, right?

I've never had a turret rush me all the while getting DR and pew pewing away, then when I shoot at it, it gets a bubble all the while flipping back and forth cloaking, then rush me again just to slap me with its sword and stagger me and as soon as I stop staggering pull me in for a sync kill.  If I come across a turret that does this, I will go ahead and admit the turret is OP.

yes, the window is quite short though.

another chance - let her to close in, she will be to busy trying to melee you to aply her DR. The only chance to OHSK her with claymoar on host without buble abuse/stasis.

The DR only applies when she's moving, iirc.

Cerberus turrets still have time (measured in seconds, not in frames) minimum before they can start shooting at you, making them one of the easiest enemies to avoid in the entire game. The only real issue with them is they don't make any sound, so if you miss them being deployed, or there's one in a tucked away in a corner you might not notice it until after your "free escape time" has expired.

Do scions have the same aiming algorithm? Since I've upgraded I noticed that fooling them became easier task at 60+. Or I just see things?

Scions use the default interp stat of 20, so unlike ravagers they don't improve much as frames increase. It's still possible to avoid scion shots by sidestepping, no matter how high your frames are. Could be due to there being no dynamic location tracking once the projectile is fired, could be that bioware just forgot to include a lower interp speed to compensate for the projectile travel time.
