Perhaps there's another way to interpret "torches and pitchforks" other than the classic one?

I'm not beating anyone up; I'm just suggesting a different approach.

Well, it could refer to him not wanting to bother us while we're doing farm work at night (hence the torches) upon his return...

Seriously though, I kinda thought the "torches and pitchforks" part was a little tongue in cheek, considering the rest of the post, but I might be wrong.

Well, I was actually interested in what HAKs the OP was looking at and maybe seeing if I couldn't help them out. My offer still stands, Nevercallmebyname. Friend me and we can discuss this in private without the "lynch mob" looking over our shoulders. If the project is something that interests me, I'd be more than glad to take a look.

i can understand some "disapointment" about old haks but i dont know why people dont get it. NWN is old and we are the last ones doing stuff for it. It´s realy easy to understand that no one here would work for you doing big things anyway. If you need content do it and ask for "technical advice". There is nothing else to add. Do it yourself!!!

But after the mutiny The Amethyst Dragon is the new captain of the CEP and there's no reason to throw stones at him or his castle and they wouldn't do much harm anyway.


To Nevercallmeandsoon: Estelindis helped me finding out how to create models, too. And Bannor and Christopher answered questions at the CTP forums. This community has been helpful and still is, so nobody should be afraid to ask for help or ask questions.

@Nevercallmebyname - i cant apologies for what happened, i wasnt a part of it but try to stick with it. criticism can sometimes be a part of a gaming/ art community.

If you want to make a large compilation of monsters by all means! just be sure to ASK the artists. and if they arent around anymore, be sure to leave there names in the credits!

i wont go any further seeing as how the community did the rest

For one who is a stickler for putting things in perspective, you may want to look up lynching before you compare a little Internet flaming to a lynch mob
