I do not know whether if it is the best or not but I like both the BBP and the piranha on him. IMO both weapon gains a lot from MM and both weapon has a decent clip size + ammo reserves.
Also, I love the claymore and the revenant too, and the tempest on silver is the equivalent of god-mode.

For me it is: Saber, GPSMG, Eagle, Black Widow, Venom, Scorpion, Talon, and Raider.

Why not? Not everyone host games, so they may not get the stability passives of the Turian making the Hurricane a worse choice than some other weapons unless you use up your gear and/or armor bonus with something to dampen the recoil.

If someone is more efficient with certain weapons or even more fun (since fun is all that should matter), then it is what they think the best weapon is for him. Just because you have an opinion doesn't make it right.

Most of the time stability modules and barrage upgrade will fix it but it's not a 100%.

I don't think that works, judging by this old thread:

The OP says that the barrage gear + turian passives weren't working together properly off-host for him.

A pity, I was hoping it'd be like the old fix for non-functional SMG ULM, combining it with a pistol ULM to make it work.

How is it not the best weapon for him if that is how you enjoy yourself the most? The best weapon for me is the one I enjoy using, not the one that does the most DPS. Had the topic been "what weapon does the most DPS on the Turian Solder?" I would be in agreement with you.

The OP also doesn't say "what is your favorite weapon on the Turian Soldier". It says best, which can mean a lot of things to a lot of people. Don't try to tell people they are wrong for making interpretations of what something means when you're using your own interpretation as truth.

Again, had it said something along the lines of "what is the highest DPS weapon on the Turian Soldier?" there would be little to no differing opinion. Arc pistol. Great for headshots + concussive shot as the finisher.

I use Piranha on him because I like the gun and don't really play it on any other class ('cept GI on occasion). It doesn't sync well with the AR cooldown either, but whatever.

Something like Claymore, Raider on one end of the spectrum or Harrier/Hurricane on the other end are probably the best.

Panda, it's too bad you're a lowly console peasant, otherwise I'd be glad to show you how gigantly wrong you are, and slap your turian hurrdurricane ass so hard with my raider that after the match it would lose its innate flexibility.

DPS doesn't necessarily make a gun the best though

Stability modules usually do not work off-host for Turians and Barrage V provides 20% (not 30%) stability bonus to Turians.
