Personally, I wish I could have confronted her more about her giving me to Cerberus. I guess no matter if you hook back up with her or break up, it doesn't explore things enough. I think there's a lot story potential in going to Jack after Liara (and Miranda after Ash). For males at least. edit: And just sticking with the originals too. That says a lot as well.

I there was even more potenial in JUST the Mianda romance. Especially if you were a SS Shep.

"Umm...so what was the deal with Akuze again?"

"Shepard...I'm perfect. So I'm sad :crying:"

I try to rationalize Akuze as a biotic. Like maybe they heard that Krogan and battlemasters fought thresher maws, and it was one Cerberus' sick experiments to try to unlock the same badassery in humans. Come ME2, I roleplay Shepard as realizing what it was, and semi-accepting it. Like he was the one super-soldier that came out of that mess. When Jack tells me about Pragia, I like the option where he says "You love the power they gave you." And then she says: "They didn't give me a choice." Which makes him rethink his stance.

edit: They did drop the ball though. Don't get me wrong. I'm just over-rationalizing it.

My Shepard "talked" Cortez into drinking several shots of the "strongest stuff in the house" while in Purgatory, sat him down, then hired an Asari dancer, and told her to, "Give this poor bastard the best ride of his life". And then quietly slip away.

Doesn't work lke that, I can attest to it. At least for me anyway, being drunk just reaffirms what I would rather spend my time...admiring.

Well, technically, Asari aren't female either.
