I got stupid thing in mind anyway...

In Prothean cycle, several times in ME3 mentioned that Protheans was close to finish build the Crucible, but they run out of time and didin't make it. There is speculations that remains of Prothean Crucible is Omega. No matter for that now.

The main question is...

Reapers take main fleet to Earth in ME3, but Alliance or even Cerberus didin't know about Crucible plans on Mars. The question is...

Why Reapers hit Earth with main fleet?

Prothean VI mentioned that everyone who started building the crucible they are victims to the reapers.

They didn't, at first (hint: replay he 2nd mission). Plus, if what you are saying is true then shouldn't they have hit Mars first?

Later, Timmy told them about it.

Remember that the main fleet of Reapers is there where is Harbinger, and Harbinger was on Earth durning ME3 events.

And that's right! TIM tells us about Crucible in ME3, but before none of Alliance or Cerberus don't know about plans on Mars, because Alliance don't look more in databank.

None of the Codex or Lore claim that Harbinger leads the Reaper main fleet. Harbinger is only claimed to be one of multiple leaders in the Reaper invasion of Earth.

Nothing in ME3 argues that Earth was the main focus of the Reapers. All we know is that Earth was an early knock-out and blitz in the opening phases, which is itself a justification for doing so, but never allocations of Reaper resources.

I think the explanation is that Batarian space was the Reapers point of entry into the galaxy. My guess is that they went for the closest relay.
They harvested the Batarian worlds, the closest major homeworld was Earth, then we got the Turians next door clockwise, the atican traverse and the terminous counterclockwise.
The Salarians got shielded and slowed down by the Turians and their fierce resistance so instead the Reapers spread counterclockwise and eventualy arrived at Asari space. The atticantraverse and terminous systems offered minimal resistance for reaper spaceforces.

Maybe because Shepard annoyed the Reapers so much by stopping Sovereign, stopping the Collectors, stopping them in Arrival. Heck, in Arrival, Harbinger specifically says Shepard had become an annoyance.

When the Collector base is being destroyed, Harbinger's voice is saying that all Shepard actually did was draw the full attention of the Reaper's onto humanity.

This. ^^

I always thought Earth was an early target because that's where Shepard was. The Reapers would have learned her location from the Batarians they'd captured/harvested/huskified/indoctrinated.

edit: So... if Shepard hadn't been in detention on Earth when the Reapers hit the Batarians... would Earth been the 2nd target? Or would the Reapers gone straight to the Citadel?  hmmm... damn Alliance and their poor decisions. I blame them for everything.

Yes, I'm sure the Alliance keep random Baterians (aren't they technically almost at war?) briefed on Shepard's whereabouts much like we post the home addresses of all Seal Team operates in Baghdad main square.

Maybe because Shepard annoyed the Reapers so much by stopping Sovereign, stopping the Collectors, stopping them in Arrival. Heck, in Arrival, Harbinger specifically says Shepard had become an annoyance.

You'd think that a millennia old AI being would employ more sophisticated strategy than "everybody go after the guy who drew first blood" so it's clear that Harbinger has been holding the idiot ball since ME2 (when he came up with the "grab Shepard for mad science experiments" idea)

No, but Earth is the hub/capital of human activity, and the Reapers have obviously taken an interest in them.

Less than 1% of humans live anywhere but on Earth in Shepard's time. Per the Codex, there are a dozen settled colonies and a hundred industrial outposts, and  the settled colonies only have about 4 million humans on them.

Oddly enough, a lot of players have convinced themselves that Earth should not be all that important to a human.

I know...

Lets build a huge power source that not one person has any idea how the thing works, then lets bolt it to some engines, add 4 extendable arms which just so happen to fit onto the base of the citadel perfectly, add a shell which serves no purpose whatsoever before jettisoning off into space, then lets fire it up, not knowing whether or not it will utterly obliterate us in the process.

While we're doing that, lets concern ourselves with finding out why synthetics create synthetics to stop organics from creating synthetics that will destroy organics.

Yep it all makes perfect sense.

As a player I have zero interest in Earth as a place in ME universe. Also repusive forced drama in the beginning of the game. That was pretty ****y as well.

You don't have to. You just have to have some interest in humanity, the PC's species.

Well, there was this "Hoomanz ar speshiul" thing in ME2.

I suppose that taking Earth with the main fleet in order to gather DNA enough to create a Sovereign-class Reaper (made out of human goo in this cycle) was actually the whole deal.

That's why they take the Citadel there. Not just because "Take Earth Back".
