Did sombody try to use both of those modifications at the same time? Did they work well with the each other?

Testing with other mods is not something I ever do with the Makeover. However, since the Makeover is loaded into the campaign folder and the Sexy OC is loaded into the Override folder there isn't likely to be any significant issues. One possible conflict would be if there are any conversation changes in Sexy OC that would replace conversation changes made with the Makeover.

There may be some conversation changes in Sexy OC as it says the mod allows female PCs to romance Elanee.

But worth trying I guess.

If they modified Elanee's conversation then any changes I made for the Makeover in Elanee's conversation will be lost. I tweaked all of the companion conversations somewhat, but I don't recall anything of great significance with Elanee.
