I was just finishing my pro-synthetic playthrough of the trilogy. I started the Citadel dlc and got up to the undercover casino date.
I romanced Kaidan but took James. Shepard actually mentioned her facial scarring and James responded. It's the first time apart from med bay the game has recognized this in any way.
I have to say I felt a bit guilty that I didn't think the scars worth fixing.
The pro synthetic playthrough was a little weird as I got a little impatient in me2 and didn't recruit Thane, Samara and Tali. Tali's name was not on the board so I assumed she would show up with the Quarians but she didn't.
Some dialogue was slightly different from my playthrough where tali got killed on the collector base. It was if she hadn't existed.
Her name showed up only after the rannoch missions were completed.
I did a high ems renegade control ending. I loved it, Shepard was so ominous.
A citadel dlc trivial surprise.

Huh. I guess this means Tali died on Haestrom.
