During my history of playing the ME series, I seem to remember viewing a video of TIM talking with another scientist discussing his plans/procedures of getting upgrades to himself. Standard dangers outlined by the scientist but TIM proceding anyway. I've recently started playing ME again to do more varied playthroughs, but I haven't encountered this video again anywhere, and can't for the life of me remember where I saw it. Am I remembering it wrong being an in-game video (similar to the ones on Cronos Station in ME3)? Any help is appreciated.
TIM video detailing him getting cybernetics/reaper implants?

It's on Cronos station, on the left in the laboratory just prior to the corridor/ramp leading to TIM's room.

Hm, weird, that's where I thought I remembered seeing it the first time as well, but I checked that room thoroughly on my last playthrough last night and nothing was clickable. I wonder if there's something you need to do to unlock it?

"TIM" is the acronoym for "The Ilusive Man", if you look around Chronos, thoroughly the clickable consoles will have a red marker over them which will give you axcess to the video clips. some of the consoles don't have any video footage you can find yourself looking at ones without it ignore the console if it dosen't have a marker like the first one that EDI prompts you to read. and you should be good to find them all ..

Luckily I had a save not too long before Cronos and checked again today and one of the consoles had the interact icon clickable this time, but only when I was practically on top of it. I guess I missed it since objects you can normally interact with have the icon visible from a larger distance away.

This is how you remember where that specific console is: it's right after the room with the human reaper fetus remains and right before you go up the ramp to TIM's control room. It also has about half a pack of cigarette butts around it. (I like to imagine TIM was standing there obsessing over it)

It's a terminal that doesn't have a pre-highlighted icon that indicates its location. You gotta look for it and get close to it for it to be highlighted for interacting.

You know, for the entirety of the Mass Effect trilogy, I never once thought of this.
