Aint gonna happen. Reegar is far stronger than anything a Talon GT could do.
Against lolrippers yes, but don't you think Talon is better against Cerberus? TTK with Talon against mooks is pretty much the same on any Hunter Mode character. You're probably right though, sub 14 with Talon GT is unlikely, but because of the spawn nuking issue, not weapons. I'm sure that sub 15 is possible with Talon GE/GT though.

The solo was also meant for the Hendrix's N7 Giga Hipster Insanity Challenge, which was inspired by Stentron's Drellguard solo:

Kroguard, Batguard, AIU, Stim Packs, Reegar, Acolyte, Harrier, more than 2000 total shields (except Juggernaut), Cyclonics if you have Biotic Charge or play a Juggy, Glacier, White, Giant (+Hazard), Hack glitching, Pizza running, Geth Scanner and Armored Compartments banned"

Nice run. Reminds me of an old solo I did with ma' claymore FQE, who plays very similarly. I remember getting mad because I couldn't get it sub 30 with no rockets and 10 WS... Even though I tried several times. I was so mad when I got 30:04 that I still perfectly remember it!
To sum it up: Claymore.
