So the dev team would have to wonder if its worth writing

But whether its worth its price in recorded lines, animating, etc etc isn't up to us

I can understand why they wouldn't do race restriction in romances, even though that would interesting imo (but I'm also on the side of people like Varric not being a romance option)

Yeah you're right, I hope they throw in at least one non-Inquisitorsexual companion though; it would encourage replays to see different story content.
