Is there any particular reason why Garrus is the only squadmate that talks about the dragon teeth on the mission and no one else?

Garrus is not the only one, apparently. From the wiki:

Once you defeat all the enemies, walk to the other end of the room. At the end of the area are a med kit, and a hackable terminal which will give the Heavy Skin Weave upgrade. Some Dragon's teeth are visible, and if Jacob, Garrus, or Tali are present, the person will comment upon them

I've never did that mission with Tali, but I have with Jacob and it never came up at all. I do like the scene, just was hoping more of the squadamtes would address it

I believe I have heard Jacob say something. Not 100% sure.

Garrus, Jakob and Tali, allows you to interact with the teeths, I know at least Miranda will break into the conversation following.
