That's exactly what I was thinking about, I'm old enough to remember that. By the way I still had this banner a few minutes ago.

I remember people fretting about this after the alternate banners were released. Had this happen multiple times before already. Me and my friend had this one earlier too. Been quite some time though.

 Just for the record, been doing some experimentation, and it seems that any banner that you set in N7 HQ is bugged. You can try to set one of the standard banners, like the default biotic God, and it will still look like that. Every banner that we've tried setting in-game from the Challenges menu has worked fine. So that's why it seems like it's only the alternate banners that don't work. Really wish they'd fix this!
