No Legion at all. Like, at all.
No Morinth lol.
Mentions of Chakwas but that's it.
None of the ship engineers, maybe mentions.
Ashley/Kaidan, Wrex, Liara, Tali, Garrus, Miranda, Jacob, Grunt, Jack, Thane, Samara, Zaeed, Kasumi, EDI, James, Javik, Steve, Samantha, all present in some form (obviously not in alive form for Thane).

Even if you send him off to work on the Crucible, he doesn't show up in Citadel. I would think that would blow his cover.
Aw, you know, they could have easily (writing, not larger development-wise) found a way around that. Even off the top of my head: a disguise, a tactical cloak, a virtual presence.
I think he was just one less thing to worry about, considering that he's *nearly* railroaded into dying.

Mordin in a fake mustache and shades - I think that would have been classic.SwobyJ wrote...

That's almost as ridiculous as Morinth being disguised as Samara in ME2.

Supposedly dead Mordin showing up on the Citadel?

Problematic.
Explain the fact that his face is on the Armax arena machine then, along with your other squaddies.
I wonder if they planned to include him...

The squad members with you in the arena aren't simulations.

EDIT: This was sarcasm. I actually believe they may be... sims in a certain pov. You can laugh at me.

You saved Mordin...? He still ain't there.

Guess so, since the DLC explained that they're not simulations. Everybody forgot how to flashbang in ME3, but she does cloak and overload.
Headcanon what you like around that.

It explained it? Must've missd that part. I assumed they were real but not getting their powers right, especially on my favorite squadmates annoyed me. Especially since they already coded ShadowStrke in MP.dreamgazer wrote...

I most missed Wrex having Throw. Damn that was awesome in ME1.
