Will there be a certain point in which we cant go back and finish sidequests. Will there be areas like there were inboth previos games that will be greyed out on the map? Are there acts like da2 where if you dont find hidden dagger x you never will? Will dlc be similiar to da origins where it takes after such as awakening or more like da2 where you could start it very early on
Game ending, acts, open world , dlc

We don't know the answers to these questions, but given the semi-open world setup there will probably be less of those one shot dungeon side quests.
As for DLC, not a clue.

As Aesir said, we're not sure. For my part, though, the only thing you mentioned that I have an opinion on is 'the Acts'. I don't mind if the dagger becomes unavailable after a certain period of time or x number of other quests being completed, but I didn't really like the way the Acts worked in DA2. Origins had Acts as well, but they weren't defined and abrupt demarcations of gameplay accompanied by time skips. More and more, I've come to realise that this was my biggest single problem with DA2. Origins (after Ostagar/Lothering) could have it's story unfold however you wanted it to. Do the DLCs first, then the Treaty Quests? Other way around? A mix of both? Re-order the treaties? All were options and going to Orzammar straight out of Lothering was a very different beast to going to it after everything else had been completed.
In DA2 you felt very much like you are on the tracks watching the scenery go by. I did very much like the game, but I've completed 6 playthroughs of it in 200 odd hours, whereas Origins I've logged double the playthroughs and probably (I'm guessing, triple the hours).
To clarify, I hope the Acts of DA:I are more organic, like in Origins and less abrupt than in DA2.
