Brawling solo with a Prime face to face with melee Kroguard, and slapping him to death. Gives me more pleasure than nuking a juicy spawn with two of them bosh'tets.
Bashing husks with fire shield, launching them in crowds and then detonating them while they're still airborne.
Getting a suprise killstreak with HE, and destructo drone.
Those are a few, and I can't decide which one is most pleasing.
