It is not instantaneous, so if you immediately dodge backward you can usually avoid it.

I think my problem is that another teammate is targeting the ravager, too, so I might be getting dropped by a swarmer goo combo. Meh...still totally worth it.

I just shotgun the Ravagers, usually after shadow striking one of the Marauders nearby.

That's what my intellect intends to do. But I get into these rhythms sometimes and it all goes to poo. Sort of like switching from and infiltrator to a vanguard and getting myself in trouble when I try to reload cancel off of my cloak.

Shadow strike sometimes has its own idea of what it wants to target.

"I'll take out that Marauder over there, then keep whittling them do-NO NOT THE BANSHEE IN THAT CORNER! NO!"

Stasis'ing phantoms and then slowly walking up to point blank range for the perfect headshot. Never gets old.

Exploding a Prime's head.
Using one bullet to kill 3 Pyros.
Headshotting a Phantom.
Shadow Striking Phantoms.
Using DoT to kill Phantoms/Nemesis.
Launching enemies into space, especially with Lash, Shield bash, or the Disciple.
Using the Destroyer to tank a pair of doubletapping Rocket Troopers to line up perfect headshots.
(For some reason, I only find it that satisfying with the Destroyer, not Krogans/Juggernaut)

And for some unknown reason, I absolutely love soloing Praetorians with the Destroyer/Crusader combo. No clue why, but I do. Unfortunately, I hate the rest of the Collectors with that build. For some reason I have a very hard time hitting the Troopers/Captains.

I know what you mean.  Play a vanguard for a while, then switch to a Vorcha.  My shields are down, Charge!  Ah, crap.  I shut off my health regen...

My is, leaving a combat drone out during count down to the LZ, then after game ends I get a epic kill streak worth 10-20k points. That feeling when you outscore that harrier TGI after he had 10k+ more points right before the game ended, damn I miss mass effect

Making enemies fly with the Venom.
Sabotaging an Atlas and having it choke slam it's friendlies.
Sabotaging an Engy's turret and having it kill it's summoner.
Getting a pyro with sabotage and if I'm lucky, have it go on a 'flaming' rampage for 10 seconds.
