I was stoked for this game to come out, but lacking in MMO skills...I did manage to get my laptop to tinker a bit with WoW............and I failed to see the hype.

Any BSNer's still play TOR? Would be be worth investing?

Also need someone to explain the specs

According to Can You Run It, TOR requires

AMD Athlon 64 X2 Dual-Core 4000+ or better, Intel Core 2 Duo Processor 2.0 GHz or betterCPU Speed:InfoRAM:Windows XP: 1.5 GB, Windows Vista and Windows 7: 2GB, PCs using a built-in graphic chipset: 2 GBOS:Windows XP (Service Pack 3), Vista, 7Video Card:256 MB of on-board RAM and Shader model 3.0 or better support (ATI Radeon X1800 or better, NVIDIA GeForce 7800 or better, Intel 4100 Integrated Graphics or better).

My Laptop Specs Are

2009 Dell Premium Windows 7
2.20GHz
I3-2330 CPU
6GB
64 Bit Operating System
Got 441GB left
and that atrocious family graphics HD card

So.... I'm assuming based on that crappy card, if I tried to DL TOR, it'd go ERROR and die or something?

Ahhh. I doubt I'll have to worry about that. I'm only a Lv. 4 Consular LOL.How do you chat with random people LOL?

I'm still learning how to kill training droids

Enjoy!

I really enjoyed the Imperial Agent and Sith Inqusitior playthroughs.

I find the story stuff shines with 1-3 friends (i.e. people that you'll routinely play with).  A few of my in person friends and I played and I found it a lot of fun to share the stories and to play dice during the multiplayer conversations :)
