I signed and registered then I put in my code but it isn't in game for download material...  and also  when I click to play the game it does not give me a video to create a character, I get this defaut baldheaded character in a room when I click on one of the boxes, the game pauses and I am unable to unpause it. I click on the plus sign by the head but nothing happens.  I am unable to play the game from that point.
