Picked up Me2 played it for about 2 months (every day, more or less) did insanity, felt it was done.
Now I feel like play Me3 again, just because it is such a nice game, the characters.
But my question is what class would benefit me the most in a not to serious (maybe hard difficulty) playtrough?
Have played Soldier (both insanity runs) and Infiltrator (me3) and Vanguard (me2)
Tips and trix guy's
Thx in advance

With classes, I've done them all. Engineer I had the most fun playing. I've done missions without firing my weapon at all. Just let the combat drone and sentry turret do all the work for you.

There is no reason you have to stick with the same class throughout the trilogy, or the same difficulty level. For instance, while I liked the Adept in ME2, I can't bring myself to play it in ME3 because Liara's singularity is better than Shepard's. I usually play Infiltrator in ME1 just so I can have the sniper rifle skill, though last time I went with a Vanguard and picked sniper rifles as my bonus skill. I generally play ME1 on casual because nothing in the game mechanics interests me, I play ME2 on veteran, and I play ME3 on insanity usually, unless I just feel like relaxing a bit and blowing everything away in one hit. (Its good to be a god.)

I would say the classes "fun-factor" varies with the title and difficulty level. In ME2, for instance, I had the most fun with the adept on Veteran difficulty. In ME3 I had the most fun with the Sentinel on insanity.

That's a shame. You shouldn't have to center your Adept experience on singularity. The more adepts, the better I say. You still get things Liara doesn't have access to (better weapon options, Shockwave, Pull, and bonuses like Reave or Flare) and synergize well for explosions/setups with other biotics.

Yah. Liara can prime the enemy with Singularity, detonate with Flare/Warp/Grenades
But, TBH, I put Flare on my Soldier and it had everything you said... + the weapon carry weight bonus

That works too.
I think Adepts are still pretty cool though (and fun). No reason to drop one just because of Liara.

That's what I did after a year of not playing ME at all. I nejoyed the hell out of it. Now it's time for the new Thief and Watchdogs to come. ... plus I will need my The Witcher fix too... damn, wish I had more time for my favourit games beside my work, family&friends and other hobbies.

I really depends on you. To me Mass1 is totally playable. Actually it is my favourit of the trilogy, then comes Mass3 and last ME2.Straken-SWE wrote...
I play on ps3, and I felt that me2 is really dated compared to me3 when it comes to the combat.. so me1 seem.. is it playable still?

Yeah, engineer rocks. It's my first choice of option, then comes infiltrator. Never played a biotic in SP. I enjoy it in MP though.

With a low-cooldown loadout Shepard can detonate her own singularities.

True enough. Just trying to promote Adept in general here though.
Or all classes, for that matter. I mean, if it's fun, don't let anything hold you back.

You really don't need singularity when you have double pull and double throw on your own adept. In ME3, you can pretty much beat the entire game using just those two powers , and squadmates who can set stuff on fire or electrocute it on insanity.
ME1 singularity >>> everything.

For me Engineer was so much more fun than any others in ME3, but it pretty much sucked in the other 2 games as far as I was concerned.
If you want to be a power flinging tank, go with Sentinel.
My Adepts mostly just used Throw to create detonations on other Squaddies' powers.
All of my Shepards except for my Vanguards and Sentinels were snipers first.
And I HIGHLY recommend that if you haven't played through ME1 at least once, you owe it to yourself to complete at least ONE Trilogy. The gameplay may be a little outdated, but the story is still good and the roleplay is better than the other two games by far.
