So I don't know if it goes as far as ME1, perhaps something I did in my whole playthroughs, but on my second playthrough (now with extended cut. first one was without it.) when doing Thessia in ME3 I took javik and liara.
After Thessia, they are suposed to have a fight, and then liara mourns her planet in his bedroom and you go talk to her.

I remember it happening first playthrough
But this time nothing happened...there was no fight between them, and no mourning whatsoever. Tali wasnt even where she was suposed to be (see video).
Liara was standing there as default but did the same dialogue with EDI at the start of the video I linked, and I could not interact with her, she just said Hello when I clicked on her.
At the start of Thessia I did tell liara to man up about the deaths and said javik was right, could this have destroyed all the dialogue?
Mass effect bug on liara may be since ME1?

I don't think telling her to "man up" was the problem. I know I told her that once and still got all the other stuff. In my current playthrough Liara has never sent an email about her special project. I have no idea what went wrong, but something sounds bugged and not the result of your choices.
