on Gold, the damage is about 80% and on Platinum, it's about 90% or 99% not sure, but that's what damage looks like to me.

Stop spreading false informations.
If you don't know for sure, don't write.

It's a flat impact damage amount followed by DOT. Both numbers can be reduced by DR powers or actions like dodge, melee and cover. It's good idea to dodge, melee, or take hard cover before the warp ball is going to impact even if you think you're still going to get hit because the DR will reduce the impact damage. You can bump into cover again to reduce the DOT damage as well.

The banshee obviously specced into stasis instead of warp

I just tripled the score of a Javelin GI using a Vorcha Sentinel with a Collector Sniper Rifle.
What? I thought we were doing irrelevant brag posts.

Regardless, the real threat of her biotic attacks is not their impact damage, it is the damage over time aspect: keeping your shields/health from regenerating and allowing weaker enemies to assist in finishing you off. The Banshee becomes more of a support unit after the duration of her charged 'teleporting' phase has worn off or she has been knocked out of it; she is basically there to seize point, soak up damage, DoT and/or force you into cover, all in order to allow her minions to catch up and flank you.

I don't play platinum, but I think you need more than 1176 shields to survive a platinum warp ball.
A kit with 600 base shields with full fitness will just survive a gold warp ball by the skin of their teeth, due to having 990 shields that way.
This is why a full fitness FQE makes more sense than a full fitness HEng for example, the quarian just barely makes the threshold, while the human doesn't.
I still need to respec some of my vanilla humans, come to think of it...

I fairly sure the impact damage is double this, so 1400 on gold and 1680 on platinum. I think the dot is correct.

Wow....just wow. If you don't know, don't freaking answer. It's not hard. All your made up answers do is confuse people that don't know your full of crap.
