I'm a dirty console peasant so I have no idea what these stats mean. I tested it out and discovered that the Kishock freezes enemies with health with one regular(uncharged) shot with 100% efficiency.. A charged shot on a health enemy is pretty much a critical hit.

Every single shot sniper rifle can instantly freeze enemies with one shot, right?

Most have rates of fire that are around 60, so they are likely to freeze most of the time even with Cryo Ammo rank 1.  Rank 2 Cryo Ammo makes it basically certain with any of the slow ROF rifles.

I'm playing an Adept right now with Raptor V and the Hornet. Really don't even need the SMG, given the Raptor's ROF+ biotics. But Shep's still @ +200% recharge, so it can't be too bad. Also fun to scope targets to get a little extra range out of singularity. And the Raptor's great for knocking down shields before anyone gets close enough to hurt me, at least.

I'm sure that isn't optimized. But it's fun, especially with Warp Ammo as the bonus power. Liara can concentrate on being Shadow Broker.

What's the official verdict on Warp Ammo for SP? Useless?

It's ok.  Doesn't have any CC effect.  The lifted target bonus apparently does do bonus damage.

It fit as a bonus power for an Adept. I have a hard time giving powers out of line for the character class to my PC. Yeah, incindiary or disruptor would've been better. But neither fits the character. And there's already enough sloshing of the distinctions between classes in ME3.

Yeah I like pure classes better as well.  I used Warp Ammo on biotics a lot in ME2.

For a bonus it is a fine power, the only other bonus ammo power in ME3 is AP, so it is more or less equivalent since AP doesn't get free cover penetration in SP like it does in MP.

Geth Dreadnaught can be painful in general, because Geth. And that stupid moving electricity wall hazard, whatever it is.

I like the Striker in MP (on AR Soldier) very much.
Is there enough ammo in SP to make good use of the Striker? It burns through thermal clips like nothing in MP, so I never actually tried it in SP.

It works, but you do have to compensate for the recoil when you let it go full auto - I generally fire 1-2 shots at a time, which seems to help.

It's the blowback from the main gun, because that fight's in its chamber. Hence "Main Battery," Naval sense. Not Electrical Sense.
