Use BBCode mode if the WYSIWYG editor is still borked.

Use the 'quote' command to start, then the '/quote' command to finish. Replace ' with Brackets.

First, right-click on the "Quote" link for the second post you want to quote and open it in a new window.
Move that window aside and bring the original window to the front.
Then left-click on the first post you want to quote and begin responding.
When you want to add the second quote, copy and paste it from the window you opened in step 1.
You can close that window (without clicking "Submit") once you've copied what you need.
It takes a bit of advance planning.
