In the second game, I broke it off... or at least I tried to. In the third game.... I had to break it off... again.
I guess no means yes in Asari.
As for my favorite interest, I like both Garrus and Kaiden on femshep. For the maleshep, either Jack or maybe Ash but a tough call as I did not like the options very much.

Her ME1 lips and chin are different (much bigger lips, more masucline jawline and her chin sticks out more/is much bigger. So is her eye and eyebrow shape, as well as the prominence of her cheekbones. And that's not even considering her additional chest protection.
I just grabbed that image off t'internet, her colour aint really that different.
Dreamgazer posted a much better picture at a better angle and no, her lips, chin and jawline remain the same. The rest is all the cause of make up. Have you never seen a girl with and without make up before? Eyeliner can be used to make the shape of the eyes look different, blush is used to make the cheekbones look more prominent, it's really miraculous stuff. You should go see Femsheps and Liaras breast implants, they rock.

Just about everyone is frustrated at the council, thats not something unique. Ash never advocated for destroying the Rachni or letting the Council die in my game, she was always the opposite, Garrus and Wrex were always the Renegade advocate in my playthroughs, even Liara advocated for letting the Council die instead of Ash in one playthrough, no one likes them. Her sassiness is still there, usually whenever she's arguing with Shepard. The rest I blame on her change of writer, through it doesn't bother me.
She was never xenophobic, that was Pressley. Ash just reiterated a view held by all world governments, people will look after their own first and foremost before looking after you. This point was proven in ME3 with the Council abandoning earth to try and save their own planets. I wasn't mad though, I saw it coming. There are far more religious squadmates in the trilogy who carry that torch better than Ash did, her beliefs were never as deep as Thanes or even Mordins. There was no need to bring up the same trait in multiple characters.
Liara is the kind of character who tells you need to care about what the galaxy thinks of humans. That's her schtick. Kaidan comes in second on the scale of playing nice with everyone.. about how we should view aliens as no different than us. "They're jerks and saints, just like us". Ashley's schtick is more defensive and isolated. You can't say they're the same. You're trying a little hard to make her something she was not. Even up to ME2, she explicitly says "I don't like aliens" (she just thinks Cerberus is worse).
Street man, I gave you a chance to lay the smack down on Jay and you never took it, I'm disappoint.

Well, that's a given. Every character he handled was better before. I detect a pattern here: He sucks.

What's her comments in ME1? I can't tell the plants/bugs from the aliens or something?
"I can't tell the aliens from the animals."
That line was bugged though. It was supposed to be said specifically in reference to the Keepers. She wasn't referring to the sapient alien inhabitants of the Citadel.
She can however potentially refer to the sapient aliens as 'bug-eyed monsters."
Even so, Ashley isn't really a racist. She's just short-tempered and insecure, and chose to throw a politically incorrect jab when she felt threatened. You can never really judge a character based on one line of dialogue. You have to judge them based on their dialogue and actions throughout the entire series. If you do that, it is clear that Ashley isn't a racist at all. She hates Cerberus and everything it stands for, and if you bring her along to the Terra Firma rally she is more offended by their racist policies than even your alien squadmates. She also has a conversation with Tali where she says she hopes Tali's contributions help end discrimination against the Quarians.

This is all kind of off the point though. I think Ash became more of a female Kaidan in 3. She's not the same, regardless of racism or whatever.

I still think she looks different, but we can agree to disagree. All the characters do in me3 (import sheps seem to look younger and despite that femshep seems to be in the matriarch stage, as does liara).

Wasn't there something about the Council restricting everyone on the Citadel to certain jobs depending on their race in ME1? I'm trying to remember where I heard that.
I didn't catch that. I thought I ran into everything about that game.
On a sidenote. I think it's funny how most of the little sidequests deal with a major council race and their schemes or problems with "lesser ones". Sha'ira and the Elcor, the C-Sec Turian and preaching Hanar, Chorban and Jaleed, Schells and and Flux casino Volus guy, etc.. Nowadays, I basically do every quest in a way that screws over the council races. Even if it's doesn't matter. It's fun for roleplaying.

I've said it before, the Normandy in ME3 is a ship of models, not that I mind, no one wants to play a game full of ugly people.

Zaeed was ugly and still badass. Garrus isn't a looker either.. on top of being Turian.

Yeah, but like you said, they're badasses, so it makes up for lack of good looks.

I play multiple Shepards, so it's different every time. My favorites are Garrus and Tali - they just seemed so perfect for the first two Shepards I played, even before they were romance options. They have similar beliefs, their personalities go well together, and they're totally loyal to each other.

You know what he means. People should just roleplay with whatever is consistent with their character. There is no best. That's like saying there's a best "psychological" makeup everyone should conform to.
