I've been noticing lately that ceratin weapons in my arsenal have become very character specific.  Some, like the Typhoon (or Martha as I've taken to calling her) on my Destroyer are no-brainers.  Ditto the Raider on my Batguard, Wraith on my AIU, and PPR on my Jugg (when I still played him).  There are others, like the Lancer and Hurricane that are too verstaile to become proprietary weapons, but even the Harrier has gradually become associated with my TGI.  The CSMG goes on power kits, but not on any one specific kit.

Then there are a number of weapons I only ever put on my TSol, becuase they're crap on everyone else (Punisher...Spitfire).

I freaking love the Graal Spike Thrower on my Batarian Soldier. It's difficult for me to consider using a different weapon on him. Haven't really fooled around with it on other kits.

I actually do this with almost every gun.

It's a strange self-imposed rule that I have to try and find a use for every gun, every power, and every kit in the game, so a lot of guns are only used on one exclusive kit, or two at the most.

My 66606 paladin isn't happy at getting the shuriken as a side-arm.

Only the decent lightweight side-arms such as the eagle, and the guns that are just too good to make exclusive such as the wraith, get used on three or more kits.

It'd take too long to list them all, sorry.

Try the Eagle on the Geth Engi. Surprisingly effective.

The only kit I ever put the Harrier on is my Demolisher. I rarely put the Claymore on anything but my GI (the ROF bonus helps me with its reload cancel). The Reegar is for the FQE if I use it at all.

I exclusively use the Geth Plasma Shotgun for my Human Engineers (Male and Female), always, can hardly play them with any other weapons (of course I did before, but I found the 'perfect build' for them in combination with the GPS, it's 'perfect' for me, I just enjoy it that way). Also, the Talon for my Turian Soldier, equipped with the Geth Scanner and Drill Rounds, it's way too fun and efficient (but mostly simply fun) for me to play that kit with another weapon.

Additionally, the Black Widow with my Salarian Infiltrator, it's a classic and lots of people do the same but yeah I enjoy that cheese so much. I'd like to add that I also love the Claymore on the Batarian Slasher Adept, debuff target with Warp (Pierce), shoot with Claymore (Warp Round), throw Cluster Grenade, profit and fun ensues. And finally, can't seem to remove the Particle Assault Rifle from either the Awakened Collector Adept nor the Asari Huntress, having too much fun with them both and that rifle, can't look back to other builds for now.

There isn't a weapon I'd only ever use on a particular kit, and neither is there a kit I'd only ever use a particular weapon with. So no, no weapon belongs to a certain kit in my roster.

The closest would probably be the Huntress, who very rarely uses anything else than the Claymore.

Both are good choices.

However, fast cooldowns are totally unnecessary on an infiltrator, and if you're thinking of the power damage weapon mod, that makes negligible difference when you already have all those bonuses from TC. Also, high spike damage weapons like Claymore are particularly well suited for no-fitness kits.
