Probably more than just one:
-          All the characters are Asari, since I play almost exclusively Asari. Also sometimes human female adept and Fury (and collector adept just to finish Biotic challenge).
-          All the characters are female.
-          All the characters use powerful weapons (why not, if I have them).
 
Somebody would call the weapons OP, but I do not care (mildly spoken). The store keeps trolling me with useless Explosive ammo, Cryo ammo III and IV, Disruptor, Adrenaline, Stability mods and other useless ****. Therefore I feel no damn shame when using the effective and perfectly legitimate ammo in combination with legitimate weapon and legitimate power. On the other hand, I do not use GI, TGI, AIU and other OP kits because I chose so.

Claymore on the Kroldier.
Venom on classes that have passives.
Saber & Talon on Quarksman.
Talon on the Pheonix Adept.
PPR on the Procollector.

I put Venom on most casters (adepts excluded). I use to use the Claymore only on accuracy kits, but lately I widened that selection. (In some instances it's maybe even too accurate when it comes to pellet spread)

Most my adepts carry the lolcolyte, reegar is a chice for most of my vanguards, and BW or just Widow for most of my sniper kits.

Juggs will always have a scorpion as a sidearm..

Not a weapon but to me Recon Mines belong to the Volus Engie. On topic, so does the Scorpion. Drell Infy can just have his 'nades and like it.

I'll rotate weapons on most kits, but a few of my favorites I am pretty set on:

Turian Sentinel - Mattock
Geth Engineer - PPR
Phoenix Adept - Pirahna
Salarian Infiltrator - Black Widow
Geth Infiltrator - tend to stick with the Talon, mostly

I meant I do not use OTHER OP kits, but I will use all Asari kits as I please .
 
Besides, Huntress is only third OP (hard to blame her - not easy to compete with Valkyrie and Asari Grenadier).

TSent - Arc Pistol
HSent - CSMG
AA - BPP

i like using different guns each time i play a kit, but i'll always take the harrier for the demolisher since i only use it on her (hate running to ammo boxes)

I use the harrier on grenade kits. I'm running to the ammo boxes anyway.

Not really.  The only weapon that I only use on one class is the Saber on the Quarian Marksman.  I guess there are a few classes that I almost always use the same weapon on, but I also use these weapons on other classes.

Talon Merc:  GPS
Asari Adept: Arc Pistol
Krogan Soldier (or Krogan anything):  Claymore
Human Adept: Talon

I use the harrier on grenade kits. I'm running to the ammo boxes anyway. 

true. i put it on my batsol/krosol and QMI a couple times, but it still goes out of ammo way too fast -.-

If I'm using a Saber it means I'm using the Quarksman.
If I use a Typhoon it means I'm using a Destroyer.

... And that's about it, really. Can't think of other weapons that go on one kit and one only.
