Ok, well not really a huge plot twisting theory lol. But I just am getting this feeling that organics and the Geth will join forces in ME3 against the Reapers.

Why would the geth care? They're not organic, the reapers wouldn't exterminate them.

They're an AI, like Legion, they could learn the value of life, maybe emotions, maybe something happens that shows them they can have a place in the galaxy, they can earn it, etc etc.

Also the Geth might take a Nietzschean turn and decide they've been betrayed/misled by their god(s), and need to destroy them. And almost every interaction with the Geth shows they have inclinations towards philosophical (Why do I exist?), artistic (they listen to opera), and religious (praying at their altars), ideals which the Reapers would consider either inefficient or organic qualities.
