Question as it is in the title and if you can, state your reasons why.
What are you looking most forward to in the game?

I am looking forward to a few things.
1 - Finally finding out some of the answers to the mysterious questions we have all been asking.
2 - Seeing old friends (Morrigan, Alistair, Leliana etc)
3 - Finding out if the world blames Hawke for the trouble in Kirkwall.
4 - Finding out what happened to The Warden in official cannon.
5 - And last but not least, being able to play as an Elf Mage again and lead the Inquisition to hopefully make Thedas a much safer world to live in.

Customization. Seems to be a big reason in why I play games anymore.
Story. Bioware usually tells a good story, even if it does get cliche.
Maybe the Combat, but I'm not going to bother getting my hopes up.

At the moment I'm most excited for having different races to play as and to see the character creator.
Especially the qunari character creator, see the horns and hair options, I've only ever seen qunari with black, white or grey hair in concept art.

The unknown. Unlike DA2, I'm not coming in to this game hoping to find out about people, story lines, etc. from the previous games. I wouldn't say that I've lowered my expectations, I've just adjusted my perspective as a gamer. I am looking forward to great companions, banter, and music that I only seem to get from Bioware games. This and The Witcher 3 will be the games that I'll eventually get a PS4 for so I'm as giddy as a school boy looking forward to that next-gen shiny.

Story and character customization. Why ? I'm bored and annoyed with all those pre-made characters that seek vengeance or try to save the world all the time boooooooooooooooring, been there done that. Its time for games that lest us be what ever we want, in this case DAI let us do it.
Also DA has a great world with interesting characters what not to love ?

The story first and foremost.
Second is the inquisition mechanics, I spent DA:O and DA2 trying to gain power now I start with it.
Third is the customization, I'm a bit OCD so it limits my armor options to matching sets that fit my head cannon.

New story.
Seeing the new graphics engine and how it works out. Looks very promising.
The return of non-combat skills (is this confirmed?)
Finding all the joinable NPCs.
Getting to pick a race for my character (enormous bonus).
Plenty to look forward to. Thankfully, this year will see the release of many rpgs, so the wait won`t be too bad either.

The dialogue system. I want to see if BioWare can finally make the voiced protagonist work.

Seconded. I have yet to play a voiced protagonist that works for me.

Customization system. I wanna see new skills and how they're gotten. I wanna see new equipment and how they work for allies. I wanna see new classes and how they'll affect combat.
I also really, really, REALLY, want to see the end of the Mage/Templar war. After being a strong underlying theme in most DA media and a crucial one in DAII and Asunder, I've pretty much lost interest in the entire thing. I want the devs to move on to something more exciting and more political.

1) Larger world with true exploration. In the first two games, you only ventured out when there was a quest attached. I like to be rewarded for poking around. It doesn't need to be Skyrim in this regard, just some rewards for going off the beaten path. All the intimations so far suggest the world is a tad more open-y.
2) Really intrigued by the in-game keep system. I personally like that kinda stuff. Comes from playing lots of Civ, I suppose.
3) I want to know what the heck is up with Sandal.
4) Weisshaupt. I hope we go there. The Anderfels are mysterious to me.

Playable races
New areas to explore
Seeing Varric again
Getting to know Cass.
Seeing Morrigan again
Killing mages and templars ...they both suck. in DAII I hated the mages because they resorted to Blood Magic every single time. In Asunder, I disliked the templars/seekers (Lambert) and felt bad for the mages. Just kill them all!
