[Isaiah Shepard]

Before the second game comes out i just want some opinions. I know other members of your team from the first game are featured in the second game but I think Ashley might die. What do you think?

If you're basing it on the videos where she's shown on one of the human colonies during a collector attack, I'm assuming this might be an Ashley/Kaidan situation (if you let Ashley die, it'd be Kaidan on the colony and vice-versa). Presumably they could die, but I'm assuming it's a mission you have to do to save them. It appears that the only character that will necessarily be in Mass Effect 3 will be Liara.

That does make sense. I also was talking about the scenes when you see the Normandy being attacked and Ashley runs to Shepard in midst of the destruction. I was also under the impression that the Normandy gets destroyed but i know thats not going to happen.

That's from the beginning of the game. I think that might either be another Kaidan/Ashley incident or a Love Interest part (As male Shepard, it could either be Liara or Ashley).

SR1 Normandy does get destroyed in the first few minutes, you get a newer, bigger, cooler one. My guess is that they end up getting into one of the escape pods like Joker.

Naw, it's better. SR2 Normandy > SR1 Normandy. You get your own floor on the new Normandy, with fishtanks, a big bed, a space ship model display, music player....yep. It's probably twice the size of the old one, at least on the inside.

The devs have said that they want the ME 1 love interests to factor into ME 3 so, no. They won't be dieing in ME2.

But the only love interest that couldn't have died was Liara. Ashley COULD die, so could Kaiden.

Even so, don't you think that would be a huge slap in the face to those who romanced them? To those who chose to remain faithful to their long-lost Ashley/Kaiden, only to learn later that it was all for naught and have them offed? That would ****** off countless fans; not everyone wants Liara as their "one and only".

If you killed your LI in ME1, it obviously won't appear in ME3. However, if it survived ME1, it's not going to die in ME2, that's set.

Maybe even dead they will affect your relationships in ME 3, and there will always be new and more interesting romance options to help the players forget the old ones.

I kinda agree with Pedro thats why i posted this because in the trailers you do see Shepard being intimate or begining to be intimate with Subject Zero or Miranda

Ah yes, so we can put it in the Mass Effect 2 forum that NO ONE CAN POST IN. This relates to Mass Effect 1, so yes, while I agree this should be in a Mass Effect 2 board, there are none, and the only other boards are supposed to be spoiler free.

I think it will be possible to have Ashley/Kaiden croak in ME2, but it won't happen auto-magically.

And it's also possible you have to make a choice again, like in Virmire. U know, like, either save your LI or retrieve a super important data that will help humanity understand and defeat the Collectors or the Reapers.

The theme of the game is "Fight for The Lost", so I would go so far as to speculate that Ashley/Kaiden are among "The Lost". Based on the launch trailer its clear Ash was stung by one of the collector bugs or whatever they are called. So maybe that is one of Shep's motivations for going after them.

I think the idea behind the ME2 spoiler forum being closed is that they're trying to keep a handle on ME2 spoilers, and don't really want people talking about them yet.  Its not license to just start the conversation in an open forum because you can't post in the closed one.

i hope she dies, she killed wrex when i tried to get the achivement, the ****! i reloaded the scene 5 times to try and keep him alive ^^

Ashley was one of my favorite characters would suck to see her fall into any of these categories I was hoping to get her back early on. Would kinda ruin the story for me. I always killed Kadian something about him.. even first time I played I wanted to punch him in the face, no reason at all.

Chulaq, what was your charm level at. You need to have i think its a charm level of 6 or 8.



The cut scenes that are shown are not always in the games. We will have to wait 4 more days until the game comes out and play it. To have a better idea what cut senses are in the game. Other than that we can only guess.
