What's the deal with Charging Razor Squad? I had three mission failure screens because I couldn't Charge them. Also, Tali would simply not follow orders and hit them with Energy Drain. Is there some problem related to Charging onto that platform they arrive on?

I also found out that being a Vanguard takes a lot of the fun out of having Wrex on the squad. Instead of him leading the charge, so to speak, now it is Shepard that is out front while Wrex struggles to keep up.

Hmm, I play a Vanguard and I've never had that problem. How I usually fight them though might be different. I use pull or lash to strip away one of their shields, weaken them with Warp and Cryo Blast, shoot, and then charge when I know the Fire combo will kill them off. Stripping away their shields though makes them run for cover and off the platform, so that might be it.

I didn't know you could pull/lash their shields. I've always used overload/energy drain to get rid of the shields.

Well, I've never played Vanguard on this DLC before, and so, I don't know, but I guess Omega and Citadel DLC still have the Vanguard bug.

Those were the guys that came up with the lift, right? Charging against people on platforms that moved at some time was a problem even back in ME2 (it was an issue on the Collector ship, if I recall corrrectly). There aren't many instances of it in either game, but it is a bit annoying.

it's the mission to hit the cloneshep's forces attacking the archives in the citadel dlc. funny, I just used a sniper rifle with an armor piercing attachment. don't have to hit the slit on the shield, but it sure feels good when you do.

No, not their shields, but through the shields...

See. there is an evvo (evvo 6, if I'm not mistaken) that allows you to lash enemies even if they have shields

Oh, sorry about the confusion. I didn't mean shields as in the blue health bar, but shields as in the protection that Guardians and similar enemies carry in front of them; the ones that can be physically yanked away from them.

Just a clarification here: for the Cat6 Heavies, if you use overload and/or energy drain on them, that makes their shield go away. It also briefly stuns them. So those shields they deploy are not like Guardians Shields because those shields can only be removed through stasis bubble/pull/lash.

I totally did not know their shields could be removed through Overload/Energy Drain. I guess it makes sense because the shield does seem to be some sort of energy system that can be overloaded. Do you know if those shields are also affected by Sabotage?

Sorry, don't know about Sabotage.
