I usually put them in a frame or hang them from my elephant

I put all the lithographs I bought from the bioWare store in picture frames and placed them on every available wall space around my computer area and bedroom. I also have a shelf devoted to all my mass effect games, books, model ships and action figures. So far, I only have Miranda and Mordin Series 2. I need to get my hands on Shepard!
