If he's using Bianca, they probably gave it unique animations. Wouldn't be surprising since each character has their own "unique" look.

They could, but then Bioware would have to create 3 different animations as well for the other races (not to mention each gender as well), and last gen consoles wouldn't be able to handle that because of memory limitations.
