Absent having a mod to allow that, there is not.

There is a way to become co-ruler of Ferelden with Anora/Alistair, but not Orzammar.
If you are a Dwarf you may be elected Paragon. It is also possible to have your son/nephew (depending on origin) raised by the king of Orzammar, and thus likely be their heir, but that's the best you can do.

Ya, I was a bit underwhelmed by my return to Orzammar. Basically if you were a noble, then you hate your brother's guts and go with the old school dude, and if you are a commoner whose sister is being well treated and loved by the guy who backstabbed his own family, well, sign on because he's better for your family.
A little too simple, nonetheless, I do like the Origins for the dwarves.

TBH I hated the dwarf noble origin. All that backstabbing and hate really made for not a very enjoyable playthrough for me. And when Gorim gave me that letter from daddy dearest I was ready to fling my monitor out the window. I barely made it through only by determination that I was going to see the end of every single origin even if it killed me. I was indifferent about a couple of them, but this one I actively hated, and was the final one I finished.
The commoner was a different story. Underdog makes good. She chose Bhelen because of how he treated big sister, and her nephew and didn't know Harrowmont at all, just seeing him (and Bhelen tbh) as one and the same caste of people who had always put their boot on her throat. Rica was the tipping factor there.
The fact that she gets to come back a paragon and hold THAT over the nobles was good enough for me.
