A quick question about importing. Is it possible to rename Shepard? I ask because my roomate did not have time to complete a playthrough and he is going to use my best one, as am I (of course). I'm worried that with the same name on the same profile, things could get a bit confusing in terms of loading. It would be much simpler if we could give separate names to our characters. Thanks for the help.

I think Name, Gender, Background and Personality (and your ME1 choices) are all things you can't change for an import.
Face & class may be the only things you can change.
I mean.. look at James Bond.. new face all the time, but always the same name.. [implied sarcasm]

I believe in the IGN inporting sheperd video there was an option shown to change your name.
