Health/shield gates on AI enemies are now more like bottlenecks, that's why we _can_ oneshot shielded mooks. The question is how to make use of gates in a PvP match. Bottleneck  for just one gate or both?
And how much damage could a Incediary IV DOT do? Could be enough to kill even with both gates up, couldn't it?
