Odd.
ME1 is not banned in Australia, although it is banned in Singapore, citing a "graphic lesbian sex scene" between Liara and a femShep.

I can't imagine any country banning a game that hasn't even been announced, so I would say it is a definite no.

Well, as I understand it, Austrailia has pretty repressive rules about the sale of Mature rated games, "this game is banned in Austrailia" a reasonably true statement for just about any game rated M.

You're obviously not Australian. You'd probably be surprised at just how many games are banned here. There are specifically Australian versions of many popular games due to our ridiculously overzealous censorship.

It has to be submitted for review before it can be passed or banned, and that hasn't happened yet. And Australia's rules regarding content are somewhat ridiculous in parts but are clearly laid out for R18+ ratings. A game will most likely get banned for.... a) Sexual content NOT part of the story; so it can get quite explicit or implied so long as it's part of the story and not gratuitous, and,
real drugs used with a POSITIVE effect; so they can have negative effects or some positive and some negative, but not exclusively postive.
But in this case they're way ahead of themselves as the game hasn't been submitted for consideration yet.

Don't forget to mention that A cup sized naked breasts are considered child pornography in Australia.
I wish I was just joking. I am not.

Not sure where you get that info from... certainly not in the OFLC guidelines.

They can only refuse classification if a game dowsn't meet the guidelines... when they hand down their decision it has to state the guidelines breached by what content.
