If Legion honestly represents a peaceful faction of Geth, then it might save more lives in the long run to bring him along. I hope you can have both in the same squad however, since its a gold mine for banter.
Legion or Tali Choice, if there is one.

Sorry but Tali is the only real answer. Simply because I know without a shadow of a doubt I can trust her at all times. Legion is a race of machines that worship the Reapers, a race of super machines bent on wiping out organic life. Sorry but no matter how much he may want to help, he's a machine and I don't think I could trust him 100%.

In the launch trailer you can see Tali pointing a pistol at Legion. If Legion has to die for Tali to stay i will choose Legion.

However i don't hope they make us choose between a squadmate that has stayed with us for most of the game and a secret squadmate again. It would feel too reused after they just did it in Dragon Age.

True, but there can be other tough choices to make i am sure, why does it have to be one about your squad members? I like Tali and I like Legion. I don't see why Tali would leave, we found a Geth that doesn't should on sight and might be willing to cooperate with the Quarians. If the Quarians study it and find more Geth like it they may be able to reclaim their home world together.

As such, it only makes sense to make her leave.
If someone says "Get rid of him or I'm leaving" then they're going to be leaving because I don't have the patience for such manipulative gestures.
The Geth have wronged the Quarian to no greater extent than the Quarian have wronged the Geth. If Legion can get over that, then Tali should too, or she can find another ship. I just hope she realizes the only way off mine is through the airlock.
(and really, what better way to respond to such an immature ultimatem than "Counter offer: get along or float through space as an popsicle")
