Qunari male warrior - Doesn't agree with the qun but feel the whole world needs to be unified by any means nessary
Human male warrior- A templar and devout of the light feels mages are the couse of just about every bad thing in the world.
Qunari/human male mage- will only want power at any cost and will sacrifice his allies if needed to get it.
I donlt really like the rogue class in any game just not my style.
Atfter playing DA1and 2 I can't help but just not like mages for lore reasons there just well evil. Thadus will only be better once they are rid of the mage infestation and When i play the mage i'm as power hungery and evil as i can be.

1). Female human mage.
2). Female dwarven rogue, archer. I don't care if it makes Varric redundant, that's what I want to play, damn it.
3). Male qunari warrior.
4). Female elven rogue, dual wield.

Qunari Warrior
Human Mage
Dwarf Warrior
Elf Rogue (only for future game playthroughs)
all male (can't connect with a female protagonist due to my personality and preconceptions of an ideal female protagonist, sorry for being regrettably chauvinistic)

Human male Warrior, Human male Rogue and Human male Mage (unless they do something like what they did in Dragon Age II, where if you picked the Mage class, Bethany would die at the start of the game, so I never played as a Mage in Dragon Age II).

1. Male human mage - blood mage and arcane warrior (if available) - arrogant, calculating and ruthless individual.
2. Female qunari warrior - longsword dual wield (if available), if not then two-handed greatsword - with a strong sense of justice and honour.
3. Female elven rogue, preferably dalish - archer (cliché, I know) - very compassionate and proud of her people, wants to reclaim the lost glory of the ancient elves.
After that, we'll see. Haven't thought that far ahead.

1) Male, Elf, Mage (blood mage). Power hungry, kinda evil but nicer to elves and mages, hates templars.
2) Female, Human, Warrior (great sword). Heroic, religious, pro circle and templars but fair/ish, a little bit human centric but not in a racist way and she has a slight lust for pollitical power.
3) Female, Qunari, Mage. Pragmatic, stern but not evil, duty bound, not that fond of the Qun but cares about her people (depending on the story I guess) .
4) Male Dwarf, Warrior,(Sword and Shield) kind of selfish but he can be nice
5) Female, Elf, Rogue (Duel Wielding) Generally heroic but doesn't like humans much.
6) Male, Human, Mage. Pure evil
I may play more characters or different ones but the first three are the ones I will definitely play. I'll certainly at least try every race and class.

Me and my three siblings will probably start together DAI with our own main PC:s and play the game in turns like with DAO.
What I have gathered talking about the game with my little brother and my two sisters, we will play these as combinations:
My Inquisitor: Human male warrior shield and sword (yes, maybe I am boring because I played DAO as dual wielder human male rogue and DA2 as twohanded human male warrior but I like to try create different characters with looks and personality alone. Not by race or gender. Adds more challenge that way
). Power hungry, sadist ex-Chevalier who can appear charming and even heroic in the eyes of others if needed but in reality does not give a crap about other peoples lives if they are in the way in his road to power and glory. Likes to draw maps with his future kingdoms in them. (I think that maybe he likes to rape she-elf servants whenever he has the chance)
My brother`s Inquisitor: Elf male rogue dual daggers. City elf and very Fenris like if I understand correctly (ex-slave/servant of Tevinter (if possible origin story) and fears mages). Escaped magisters and became famous blade for hire for orleasian nobles before becoming inquisitor
My oldest sister´s Inquisitor: Qunari Female mage (Has played DAO, DA2 and any other RPG with female mage and this is no exception. Likes the idea that she is outsider to all in the game)
My second oldest sister`s Inquisitor: Qunari Female Roque. (We try to convince her to play as female dwarf so we use every race options but with no luck)

Qunari male- warrior
Qunari female-mage
Dwarf male-warrior
Dwarf female-rogue
In truth I replay games so much (if I like them) that I will probably play most variations.

I will probably start as a qunari mage just to see people's reactions and to see how the heck a qunari mage becomes inquisitor, but then restart shortly after and do a human mage full playthrough, and then assuming the game is as replay able and fun as I hope I will try out all kinds of different combos.
Not only will I try the different race gender combos for the inquisitor, but I will also use the Keep to change up the Warden and Hawke on subsequent playthroughs, using my "main" versions of those two for my first playthrough.

I will most likely end up with either a Male Human or Male Qunari Mage as my main, but will play almost every combo,
