Everytime I try to start Mass Effect I get a message that an error occured with the game and then it closes, I just installed the game today.

i think hes talking about the digital download version from origin, i bought it too and it just refuses to start up.

No matter what version, there was NEVER any official tech support on BSN, and a year ago, all unofficial self-help for any but the oldest of Legacy games was all shut down, which includes all versions of all three Mass Effect chapters.
