Hello hello. Title says it all really. I'm confident enough to say it is RWS areas, as 99% of these crashes are occuring when the game client attempts to load an area made using an RWS tileset (using the "all-in-one" edition). There is generally a 50/50 chance that the game client will crash in one of two ways:
1. Load progress reaches about 25%, a generic program crash window appears and it returns to desktop.
2. No load progress, whole program freezes up and process has to be killed.
Whether it be via a door transition or a script, the results are pretty much the same. The areas are all baked properly. I can only think there is somehow a missing file or something is duffed up somewhere.
Note that the majority of these RWS tileset areas are using the Deep Chasm tileset, mixed with mine and/or cave.
Anyone with some experience in these kinds of problems? Any light you can shed?
