Buff reager by increasing the range and spread by 150% plus 50 percent more ammo when using with inflitrator.
Buff hurricane by decreasing the spread and increasing the accuracy + stability by 75%, then increase damage.
Buff Harrier by increasing damage and increasing ammo by 150 percent.
Buff talon by increasing ammo by 150 percent and increase damage and rate of fire by 25 percent.
Nerft Avenger by increasing spread and decreasing ammo

Arc pistol doesn't need a nerf. The mooks need anti-arc pistol buffs. Remove all headshot damage and increase shields by a factor of 3. Should work out nicely for everyone.
