As I play through it came to my attention, that some conversations give Paragon and other dont. well my question is, is there away to tell which ones will other then the ones that have a blue thing in it for charm? i mean does using the top one get you Paragon if the conversation is link to it, or is one time its top then the next time it could be middle? Is there any for of logic to it? I want to go full Paragon. I was at first thinking that the top is Paragon and the lower down the wheel you go the greyer it get until the bottom is Renegade.

The blue one is Charm, which almost always gives you Paragon points, and the red one is Intimidate, which almost always gives you Renegade points. If one of the options is appearing in grey, that means you cannot select it because you do not have the sufficient points in either Charm or Intimidate.
On the right hand side of the conversation option, the top one normally gives you Paragon points, the middle one either gives you paragon or Renegade points depending on the situation you are reacting to, and the bottom one normally gives you Renegade.
I hope this helps.

Oh yeah, on the free charm points, when you get Paragon does it give you charm point or is it for every some many points you get a charm point?

You get free charm (and intimitade points) when you become a spectre, and when you reach 10%,25% and 75% on the respective scales

So, is it worth on your first play throw to put points into the Charm or Intimitade? I am still trying to deside what way i want to go, good or bad. I am so not sure if I will get more then 1 play throw before starting ME2.

Don't put any points into 'Paragon' or 'Renegade' if you want your character at peak performance because once you beat the game with your character you can always load him/her into another game and get more free points. (Though to max out both 'Paragon' and 'Renegade' takes at least 4 full playthroughs, which will take a while) However if your not hellbent on having some absolutely perfect super soldier it shouldn't hurt to put a couple points in either. Just remember that you don't need to put any points in and they will eventually fill by themselves.

I think so. It's nice to be able to experience the story the first time with all the options available to you.
