I cant log into this on firefox all

When I do on internet explorer it says there is a error with the certificate for the link to the
costomer service. It will let me go there but warns me i shouldnt

when i go there to look for
"Look up your order either through “View recent order history and purchase details” link at the top of the page."
The recent order history, I see nothing,
Can I get some help here from someone, I only ask here cause bioware is part of EA now.
I got my reciept from EA for ordering ME2 CE
But I havent been able to check the status of my order or anything and it is starting to really concern me :s

 : well i have a order number and other ppl said they have been haveing problems with the EA store as well they said to try to live chat to check your order and make sure it was still in the EA computers

 : Yes i have the code and when i give to you make sure it dsays Mass Effect 2 CE for xbox 360

 Paolo: This pre-order was successful. It will be shipped to you

While I don't have a solution for you, I would like to put your heart to rest by telling you that I, too ordered ME2 CE a few weeks ago, and all it's telling me is that the order is "Processing".



I used standard shipping... so, if you would like, I'll let you know when the status changes from Processing to something else. Also, you should receive an e-mail when they ship it.

Well now when i try to log in on the EA store it says invalid password, i even went as far as changed my password and it still says invalid pw :s this is frustrating for a large comp. like this that cant even run their own store website properly , this will be last thing ill order off the website thats for sure, next time i wont wait till last min to pre order the CE of the games i want from bioware

The EA Store sent me a notification last night, confirming that my order has already shipped. I have a tracking number from UPS Canada, but it's not updating. I'm hoping that the parcel will ship tonight, and be here Monday morning.



You should get an e-mail today sometime, I'm guessing.

Ups won't fly it out till tonite if your lucky, sat or sun if your not, I wouldn't hold your breath for early delivery.

Anyway, I haven't received any kind of notification at all. I am really starting to get concerned :(

Only thing I got was receipt when i ordered it.

I'm in the same boat, with the login issues and no order history on EA's website. I was able to get onto EA's live chat system (support.ea.com/chat) and I spoke with someone there about the status of my order, and they said it was "good." I'm willing to bet it's a crappy website issue, but if you are concerned try to get into the live chat or call them to confirm your order.

Ok i tried on internet explorer to get in to Costumer Service. I went in and clicked on

View recent order history and purchase details

After trying for 3 days to get in there it took my login name and PW , i go in and it says i have no History

NOW im concerned :(

what the heck am i gonna do now :(

Who can i contact, I cant get any help on the EA store help cause I CANT LOG IN! :(

any one know how I can get ahold of EA store, I have a receipt in my email, but They seem to have no history at this point , I dont want to loose out on the preorder bonus,

I've had the security cert. issue on IE as well and also had problems logging in before. I get it to work sometimes. To see your order click "Customer Service" at the top middle of the page then click "View recent order history and purchase details". Then log in and it should bring you to your orders. Sometimes it doesn't work but that is the way I do it.

In closing, yeah the EAstore website is a peice of junk for the most part. They need to get a competent programmer to fix all the logging in issues, the "sys error" issues and etc.

Is this live chat on same help page that i cant log into lol , I feel so lost right now :(



It doesn't have any order history for me the one time i got on :/



I dont get it , how is it one of the biggest gameing companys store website all FUBAR ?

It would be nice if one of the mods could help us with some contact info that we are all haveing a hard time to find on ourselves
Please someone, I cant find the link for the live chat and i cant find a phone number to call them if it comes to that or anything.
I need to know if my preorder is safe or not :(

You might be in the same boat as me. You have an order and everything is ok with it just you can't verify your order.



I ordered through EA Store and haven't gotten an email notice about anything being shipped out yet (like I did with Dragon Age Origins the Friday before its release). I had a similar situation with being unable to check my order on their website so yeah, the site needs some work.



I called up EA Store's support # and after a 45 min wait, someone spoke with me. He said that orders are in the system are still marked as "processing," meaning they haven't been picked up yet or they haven't been assigned a tracking # yet. Either way, products are being prepped for shipping. He also said it's possible that ME2 orders could still make it out of processing today for shipment and arrive at people's mailbox on release date. However, it's likely that they will go out tomorrow or Monday and then ground shipping would kick in for around 3 day shipping. Regardless, U.S. orders should have their orders by the end of the week, if not the weekend.



I got off the phone with the guy just prior to typing this post.
