I've played through the entire Dragon Age Saga dozens of times: Origins, Awakening, and all of the related dlc too. Many have been the Wardens/Warden-Commanders (of every persuasion) that I've happily romped around the world of Thedas with. 

But. 

Having played some of those adventures offline, under a couple of different user tags, I realized over the holidays that some of my earned achievements had only been acquired on my offline profiles, and thus began the laborious process of revisiting Origins in order to right this personal wrong.  

As of today, twenty-two additional Origins achievements have been added to my main profile tally over the last month (or so): A Secret Stitched Together; A Time of Wood and Stone; Accomplished Rogue; Archery Master; Conjurer; Elementalist; Hexer; Hopelessly Romantic; I’m Kind of a Big Deal; Indestructible; Kinslayer; Master
Warden; Perfectionist; Reaper; Redeemer; Sacrilegious; Shield Master; Slayer; Thaumaturgist; Varterral’s
Fall; Vendetta & Wine, Woman, and Song

Blight-Queller currently appears on my Xbox 360 achievement count when logged on, which if it were reflected here in the forum, would round me up to a nice even 100 Achievements - - - but them's the breaks. I currently have no desire to trudge back through The Darkspawn Chronicles to grab Enthralling or Ogre's Keeper, and sadly even with several uses of Memoirs of the First Wardens brews consumed to reset my remaining longest serving Warden Mage, I've been unable to knock off the Harvester on Hard or Nightmare.

Still, I've gotta admit that I'm happy with these results (and had a great time playing Origins - several times over), and am looking forward even more so to Inquisition!
