What if you don't press the Renegade interrupt here? I've been afraid to not. Afraid of an Omni-blade on my back, and so I was just wonderin' what will happen if I don't press the interrupt. I know that full renegade Sheps do not need to worry about this scene because Shepard will just shoot the clone upon contact with meeting him/her during this scene, or at least they don't from what I know....

The way you put it makes me think of the scene near the end of the main game in the fight against Kai Lang.... At that point, I had assumed it was similar to the renegade interrupt when hunting down Udina, in that if you don't do it, someone else does, but I haven't gone through again to find out yet...

I think Shepard ducks the attack if you don't do the interrupt.

For some reason, the clone Male Shepard's attack from behind isn't as scary as the Fem Shep clone. But thanks @themikefest.

For some reason, brain goes odd place when female clone!Shepard sneaks up behind Female Real!Shepard.

BTW don't see Renegade Interrupts as 'have to do' actions, even in a conflict cutscene.
They just really reflect mental states of your Shepard.
Holding back on a Renegade Interrupt just means your Shepard wants to find a way to stop the conflict without directly fighting (though he will if he has to).
So we see the result - he dodges, instead of clashes.
