How much health does a combat drone have? As you go up in rank the health increases, but there is no info on what the base health is, so it is hard to know if a 20% boost to drone health is more valuable than a 20 point increase in incinerate.

I would put the points towards incinerate.

Unfortunately, that link doesn't provide any info besides what is available in-game. No data on drone health. (In ME3 they tell you how much shielding your drone/turret/decoy gets, rather than making you guess.)

I generally go for the detonation evolution power so shields and longevity matter little to me in ME2. I'd go with maxxing offensive capability.
