I'm the same way. I will break out with both of them to complete some challenges but I have a feeling my scrubbiness with both characters will challenge the strength of my ME3 friends lolol.

It's embarrassing as hell to be so scrubby with kits considered OP by everyone. I'd practice with them except I'm too ashamed to let anyone see just how bad it is!

I just warn my friends lol. "Hey I'm going to try this kit out, it's going to be bad, I suck at this character, carry me bro".

Grab your closest buddy and play with them with these kits. I'm sure they'd give you some pointers, and help you reach a level of comfort with them.
When I'm playing kits like this, I usually grab my brother or someone else who I know will help me get better with the kit rather than make fun of me.
I don't reload cancel, and have a hard time running with the pizza when off-host and with a character that can dodge. I suck with the Venom. I still die way too much because of mishandling the controls even though I have more than 700 hours played. tl;dr I'm a scrub.
I always seem to unintentionally troll PUGS in Collector matches as they run towards the abominations I am about to kill. I try so hard to keep the decoys alive. Arrgghhh!!!

No RC by your own choice or because you find it complicated? Also I stopped running with the pizza unless it's absolutely impossible to deliver otherwise.

I can't run with the pizza on xbox OR pc . It took me a match or two on Silver to figure out the Venom- and I think I'll practice some more.

I only do it when I have a straight path or host. And I have difficulties with Asari (and probably Vorcha) doing this.
I think the Vanilla Human Adept, in the right hands, can be better than the Fury.
I still occasionally panic and will rocket enemies, even though there is no need

Have you tried Adrenaline, a lighter weapon (Lancer e.g.) with incendiary and using siege pulse to blow up all the stuff? Works well in maps that isn't too open or with coordinated teams. I like it best against Cerberus and works like a charm with somebody casting Snap Freeze.
So I tried this, and it does work really well. I did use the Lancer, although I probably should have used something else (Wraith?) because my Lancer is still at Level 1. I didn't have the same problems as when I used the heavy, slow loadout. Went through 2 Gold PUG games and only went down once the entire time, and one of them was Geth/Jade (which seems to be a bad combo for Juggs). But I still just don't find it that much fun. Even with Adrenaline, the movement speed kills me. Thanks for the input though!

I hate running with the pizza off host - my thumb and keyboard doesn't like it at all.
In a team I'll hang back and let someone else go for it, unless no one does then I'll curse all the way.
I've played only 3 times with the Kroguard.
I once loved giving my Turian Soldier a Black Widow II and a Wraith I.
I've already played the Vortcha Hunter + Krysae... and came out 1st... several times.
I've been grabbed 6 to 7 times in a row with a Batarian Soldier on London (4 times because I was scoping), during the same game, I've dropped underneath the stairs, and was incapable of doing anything.
I play my Cabal without the Nightshade Blades, Poison Strike at lvl 6, and think the latter is super effective.
I am not a grill.

Started playing vanguards, and built a melee kroguard acolyte for soloing. Since I BC every few seconds, I kept the acolyte charged by holding down the trigger. Works very well. When a 4 targets objective wave came up, I pulled out my rockets quick to have them ready, and fired off 3 of them before I realized I forgot to release the acolyte trigger first. On second thought, that wasn't me. It was a friend of an acquaintance of mine.
