I hate PPR...
I hate it so much that it belongs to my 5 least favorite guns in the game. The only times I used PPR are for the themed challenge thread, some random solos and on the destroyer before I unlocked the typhoon (but even then, I preferred other ARs).
Nonono, this is CONFESSIONS! Isn't it rather you miss them all the time, because they run funnily? Hm? Admit it! I know I skip them for that reason.
They do move funny, that is for sure. But, when I have to kill them (solo situations) I just let them close,that is when they start walking in a straight line towards you and just pick them up (usuallly with one shot). In most situations you dont need use scope, or cloak.
I don't miss so much, sniping is one of my favorite aspects of this game after all.
It is just that (eg) GI Javelin shoot is so precious. It messes up a platinum Banshee, OSK a brute or a scion (if you hit part of the head that is part of the hitbox). Do you really think that is worth wasting on a husk? Then you might as well Javelin swarmers. 
And as you mentioned, they can be tricky to hit, and that additional 10% risk of not hitting a target is not worth it.

The next two, I have never even touched it. It is so annoying.

Yes, they absolute deserve it. I don't always Javelin swarmes, but when I do I hope my shoot goes from London straight trough Earths core to Rio and hit another one.

Rocket launcher. Sometimes two just because.
I don't like the Wraith. Good damage, good accuracy, but the rate of fire is agonizingly slow. Give me a Raider (or Talon if I'm worried about cooldowns).

Think of the Wraith as a single-shot weapon like the Claymore. That just happens to have one extra round for when you don't quite have time to reload because you have to dodge or something.
Once you think like this, the gun becomes more fun and less frustration to use.
- i enjoy playing reactor only when its vanilla and plat. others ... not much, and it has nothing to do with the oven.
- i reload too frequently. like after 2 shots of piranha with 4 shots remaining.
- i enjoy taking down praetorians. they are always my #1 priority. and yeah, collectors are my most fav enemy faction.
- i always nuke collector / plat / w4 ... always ...
- i enjoy playing reactor only when its vanilla

You could page Mgamerz to solve this problem. Rate of fire can surely be altered.
Last time I tried to install ModManager etc. it borked my game, so I've been content to help test modless clients on a modded host. Plus, I've only been playing the game for a year, so I haven't grown bored of the vanilla experience yet. Hm... I suppose that's a confession in itself.

I was GI / Javelin-ing last night, chuckling happily to myself because of this discussion. Every time I inadvertently auto-zoomed to a swarmer instead of a Banshee's head I just went with the former - the true bosses of ME3!!!

I do this so much. Absolutely every single time there appears to be the slightest lull in activity I reload, which is all very well until I realise that the 'slightest lull' was anything but. I often do it with the Krysae after one or two shots, despite how slowly that thing works, and even after one shot with a two-shot Executioner Pistol. Stupid doesn't really cover it.
I tend to suffer from blind optimism while delivering pizzas in a team game. I just keep walking most of the time. Sometimes forwards, sometimes backwards, sometimes taking the direct route, sometimes the long way round. But always walking. I find that blind optimism and rage-gelling go hand in hand.

I have only played 6 matches in the last 4 months, yet i still visit this forum and occasionally post.

It's also an excellent omni blade handle, that happens to come with gold finish so you can at least expect to look good while you suck.

Just encountered my very first missile glitch abuser. So I picked up a pizza in round 3 and held onto it for 5 minutes.
What other (four) guns do you hate, and why?
Vindicator - even on TSol with accuracy, RoF, stability bonuses, it feels meh. It feels sub-par even on a character tailor made for the weapon. Argus is so much better. Vindicator is hands down my least favorite gun in the game.
Shuriken - Sure I can't do anything with it. Garbage, even for a common. RIP ME2 shuriken
Raptor - It may have decent DPS on paper but practically, it is a chore to get the best out of it. Constantly hitting a target while scoping in and clicking continuously is tedious.
Predator - May be nitpicking here because predator is alright for a common. Once again, the semi-auto nature coupled with very low damage per shot makes it extremely annoying for me.
I know all of these are either common or uncommon but I feel they're terrible, even when their lowly tiers are accounted for.

I have this problem with the Talon. 3 shots then BAM! Time to reload.
Usually takes me a couple waves to start shooting it 4 times
I love the Prothean Particle Rifle.
Although I only use it on a couple of kits it's one of my favourite AR's.

Yeah I have a habit of doing that too. A habit I picked up playing old First Person Shooters.
