My new character was uploaded to my profile page. It seems sometimes it works, sometimes it does not.

 

Same here. Usually the update occurs within 4 hours, but sometimes a little longer.

The BSN pages will eventually be put into read only like the other sections were when we launched the forums. For DAO this means the data will be frozen in time because of changes to the underlying database. For DA2 I believe the data will still show what you would see on the Keep but that may also be frozen at some point.

What will happen to the DLC authorisation servers? Are they also going to be turned off?

I just found my Wardens on the BSN. Somehow I have 3 player profiles for only one game. I have no idea why. The one I have linked here doesn't update anymore. But there are two others and one of them has my recent Wardens.

 

But the Keep will melt those profiles, right?

 

Same goes probable for people that have DA:O and/or DA2 for more than one plattform. Will It all be in the same place on the Keep?

The Keep has a different view of your heroes than the BSN does. It combines them across platforms unlike the BSN.

A humble suggestion, since Inquisition will likely spark interest in previous Dragon Age games, and some people may just not run out and buy Inquisition but do enjoy the series, that the people who maintain those DAO & DA2 servers not put them into read-only mode for at least 6 months after Inquisition comes out so people will have a decent amount of time to get their previous characters data onto those servers for use with the keep.

I thought that the keep would not transfer game data from DA:O/A & DA2 to DA:I? I thought I read that we would have to select our choices from a list then transfer that to DA:I. I want my choices faithfully reproduced in the new game.

It doesnt. Only a character portrait, you origin and Achievements

Not only do I have a 360 and PS3 profile, but two PC ones for some reason.

I can't speak for the console incarnations as I haven't played them in years but my PC copy hadn't updated on the BSN in at least a year, then it did update (creating a new profile to do so) and now its stopped updating again.

Of course its not a huge problem but it does irritate a little.

I understand its not your department but could you ask those whose job it is? Or point me to the right people so I could ask myself?

As I understand it, the only way to get DLCs to load on an offline machine is to start Origin Offline.  Never tried it though as the game was since long uninstalled.  Everytime I had to load my saves I needed to get online.

when Im trying to uplode my characters and screenshots to the BSN but i always gets a massage that says:

unable to access your online profile storage.the account information provided may be invalid.

solution anyone?

Profiles have been disabled. For Dragon Age so screenshots won't upload anymore.

Actually grunwald131 has the played DA2 first persona problem. grunwald131 if you don't mind I can fix that for you because the syncing won't work until we do.

The Keep is going to be adding something to automatically do this but it hasn't been completed yet. We've had the Origin team run a script to fix a large number of people but it looks like you bought the game after that happened so you weren't included.

What is annoying me is that The Keep will see my Dragon Age II games but not my ones from Origins. I know Inquisition is biased toward the second game but this is taking it a bit too far

Wait for their heads up.  BioWare will have to fix your account manually.
