First off, let me say I hope this is the right forum for this kinda question, I apologize if it isn't.
Now, then, I've just got a question about the nature of how DLC for ME2 will be handled for the PC version, if anyone happens to know and can tell me.

Specifically, I am curious if the DLC will be downloadable as self-installing Executables (like how Bring Down the Sky was) or if they'll be more like digital download things that you can only install properly with internet access (like how Pinnacle Station is).

I ask because the computer I want to play the game on currently (I.E. The one that has the proper hardware to handle it) has no access to the internet, while my laptop does have the internet, yet can't handle the game.  You can probably see what I'm getting at by now:  Basically, I want to know if it's possible for me to get the DLC through my laptop's internet connection, then transfer it over to my offline desktop to install and use it in the game (which is what I did with Bring Down the Sky).

Also, don't bother asking me why I can't hook my desktop up to the internet, long story, all that matters in relation to the question is the fact that I can't do it at this point in time.

Thanks in advance.

It will screw up your game and then you have to have a steady connection to X-Box live to get it to work.

I will never buy DLC again after the last few I bought. Its not worth it.

I'm assuming you laptop is wireless? If so you may be able to hook it up to your computer with an ethernet cord. Share the internet with the computer and use the laptop as a network bridge.

Yes, it's wireless.  I thought about trying that, actually, and if it works then great, problem solved.  If I can't get the content as a transferable executable, then I guess all I can do is either hope that works, or wait until such time as I can reconnect my desktop to the 'net.

Hrmmm... I know the DLC isn't critical to the game, otherwise it wouldn't be optional, but I always feel like I'm missing out if I don't have all the available content. Image IPB  Maybe it's just a character flaw of mine.
